Elaine Flynn


Elaine joined Fosters Law as a trainee in October 2010, and has worked tirelessly to expand and promote our family law services across Kent. She was subsequently made a Director ('Partner'), and acts as the Assistant Head of Family Law.

As well as this, Elaine developed and leads our Domestic Abuse team, offering a niche service across Kent. She has previously worked as an advisor for the housing charity Shelter and is a member of the family law organisation Resolution. Elaine deals with all aspects of private family law work, from divorce and financial settlement to Children Act work. Elaine specialises in cohabitation breakdown including proceedings under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

Elaine was shortlisted for Legal Businesswoman of the Year at the prestigious Law Society Awards in 2013 for her outstanding contributions to family law and the firm.
